Hundreds of people let their imaginations run wild at the third annual Chain Reaction event at the Cambridge Corn Exchange on Saturday, organised by the Cambridge Science Centre.
Using all sorts of weird and wacky materials, families and school groups created crazy contraptions – or molecules – which linked together to form an enormous chain of creativity.
The chain reaction wound its way all around the inside of the Corn Exchange as more than 50 parts were linked together for the finished chain.
